Wilderness Holdings Limited opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on February 26, 2010 and will close on the 26th of March 2010. The company intends to list on the Botswana Stock Exchange and on the JSE.The company is offering 3,000,000 shares at a price of P4.00 (R4.56) each. Wilderness Holdings has been in operation for 26 years and focuses its operations on Safaris in very wild, pristine and remote parks. Operations began initially in Botswana and spread into the rest of Southern Africa and Seychelles. The business has 70 different safari camps and lodges in seven SADC countries. The offer is conditional on the listing of all the shares on the BSE and the JSE. |
