| Return On Capital Employed is a measure of the profitability of the company. It indicates how much profit has been generated with the total capital that has been provided to the company by both shareholders and creditors. It is calculated as:- Profit Before Interest and Tax / Average Capital Employed Average Capital Employed is the arithmetic average of opening and closing capital employed. Capital Employed is calculated as = Total Assets - Current Liabilities |
