| Return On Equity (ROE) is a measure of a company's profitability. It indicates how much profit has been generated with the money shareholders have invested. It is calculated as:- Net Profit / Average Shareholders Funds Average Shareholders is the arithmetic average of the opening and closing shareholders fund. |
